At 23, Marly (Almir Leka) has made quite a career for himself but most importantly we have also discovered that he is the author of many other famous songs in Albania. Answering to our questions, he revealed that while collaborating for a major label in Albania, he had was enquired to write songs and lyrics for other artists. 

“Me and Santi (iamsantiiii), we’ve always had lyrical work to do, sometimes it was a piece of verse, other times an entire song. We’ve been doing this both publicly and underground as some singers were open to the idea of the public knowing they were having a writer to write their lyrics, while some others were too ashamed to admit that they couldn’t write their lyrics themselves”, he said when asked about the process of writing music. When asked to make names he answered that they were all public, and one could easily find by typing Sant & Marly on YouTube, however he stated that most of the artists he had worked with, by the passing of time would forget the gratefulness part. 

After the release of the immedate hit titled ‘Sant x Marly – Casa De Papel’, it was Marly (Almir Leka) himself to reveal for our sources that the possibility of a mixtape was still on the table for the near future.
“I’ve been thinking about it for quite some time to be honest, and I’ve come to a conclusion that we need a 10 track mini album/mixtape in our repertoir”, were the exact words of the singer. He even gave some hints by publishing stories in his official instagram account (@marly.artist) that led to believe that new projects were on the way.
