On Thursday at 9:04 p.m., SpaceX intends to launch a Falcon 9 rocket from Vandenberg Space Force Base.

21 Starlink satellites will be launched into low-Earth orbit by the rocket.

SpaceX offers high-speed broadband satellite internet access via Starlink. The first six Starlink satellites with Direct to Cell capabilities, which allow mobile network operators to offer texting, talking, and browsing access anywhere in the world, will be launched, the business claims.

Additionally, this will be the rocket’s maiden stage booster flight. After the booster separates from the remainder of the rocket, SpaceX intends to land it on its Of Course I Still Love You droneship so that it can be utilized again in subsequent missions.

About fifteen minutes prior to the debut on X, a live broadcast of the event is planned to start.

If SpaceX’s rocket fails to lift off on Thursday night, there will be a backup launch window on Friday at 9:19 p.m.
