A business executive described Vivo’s impending X100 Ultra as “a professional camera that can make calls.” It is anticipated to launch next month alongside the X100s, completing the X100 flagship series, which also includes the officially available X100 and X100 Pro.

As the launch date approaches, the X100 Ultra—model number V2366GA—was allegedly validated in China by 3C.

Two variants of the X100 Ultra are reportedly planned: the one that recently received certification, which is a “regular” 5G capable smartphone, and another that will additionally have satellite connectivity.

The previously mentioned certification has revealed that the X100 Ultra will enable 80W wired charging, which is less than both the X100 and the X100 Pro. Additionally, Digital Chat Station guarantees that the Ultra will include a “big kind” battery (about 5,500 mAh).

With a 100mm (4.3x) 200 MP periscope telephoto and a Sony Lytia LYT-900 primary camera sensor, this will be vivo’s all-out camera flagship for 2024. If it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and has plenty of RAM and storage, no one would be shocked. It probably uses the newly introduced BlueImage branding for camera technology as well.
