Actress Munmun Dutta, who starred in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, shared her first Instagram post on Wednesday night, following the public announcement of her engagement to former co-star Raj Anadkat. Munmun wrote an unidentified note and posted a number of old photos from her most recent trip to New York.
“Enjoying my best life” “I’m sharing the final set of photos from my trip to NYC and the photo shoot,” she added. Munmun was spotted posing in the photos while walking around New York City. As always, she looked amazing in an orange pair of pants and a grey shirt.

According to the source, Munmun, 36, and Raj, 27, exchanged rings earlier this month in front of their respective families. The insider also disclosed that a low-key ceremony took place outside of Mumbai to announce the two stars’ engagement.
“Just a few days ago, the couple got engaged. In Vadodara, Gujarat, the two seemed to be exchanging rings. The family of Munmun and Raj have approved of their relationship, and they attended the event as well, the source added.
Munmun, however, ignored the engagement report and said in a statement that “this news is ridiculous, fake, and ludicrous.” There is not any bit of truth in it. To be honest, I don’t want to dedicate my energies to this ongoing lie.
Raj later described the engagement report as false on his Instagram stories. Hi there to all of you. To put things straight, the news you’ve been reading and seeing on social media is false and baseless,” he stated.
Raj played Tappu, the son of Dilip Joshi, in the popular sitcom, while Munmun plays the part of Babita. In December 2022, Raj gave notice that he was leaving TMKOC.
