The 2024 Mahindra XUV300 receives a new front fascia inspired by the present XUV700 and the forthcoming range of BEVs.

On public roads, Mahindra & Mahindra has been actively testing four forthcoming vehicles. Along with the Mahindra Bolero Neo Plus, which is anticipated to go on sale next month, the BE.05 electric SUV, the 5-door Thar, and the updated XUV300 have all been spotted. The upgraded XUV300 with a variety of interior and exterior changes will most likely be introduced by the local SUV maker in early 2024.

A new front fascia for the Mahindra XUV300, which will debut in 2024, was inspired by the existing XUV700 and the forthcoming BEV lineup. Among other modifications, it will feature pronounced C-shaped LED Daytime Running Lights, an updated grille section, a wider air inlet, revised tail lamps with eye-catching C-shaped LED patterns and a horizontal light bar, repositioned number plate housing, tweaked tailgate, revised front and rear bumpers, and a new set of alloy wheels.

The five-seater’s platform, which is a modified version of SsangYong Tivoli’s X100 platform, may not change. However, it’s possible that the Tivoli’s design resemblances are no longer accessible. The trunk space, which is smaller than most of its competitors, may not be addressed if the overall proportions and packaging stay consistent with the outgoing model.

The interior of the current Mahindra XUV300 is definitely outdated, therefore we expect to see more quality surface materials and trimmings available to give the interior a more modern feel. In addition, amenities including a wireless smartphone charger, linked technology, a 360-degree camera system, heated front seats, six airbags, and disc brakes on all four wheels are likely to be offered. The vehicle is expected to have a segment-first panoramic sunroof in its top-end versions.

The 1.5L and 1.2L diesel engines under the hood may be retained with the same performance ratings, although different gearbox options may be available.
