Some of the specifications for the Huawei P70 series have leaked in a recent article by popular tipster Digital Chat Station, and the disclosure appears to have come at the perfect moment. We may safely anticipate that the P70 family will launch within the next two months or so, considering the Huawei P60 series was released in March of last year.

The front of the post reads a 6.7-inch diagonal, quad-curved OLED panel with 1.5K resolution. The handsets might include two front-facing stereo speakers, though it’s a little difficult to tell from the machine-translated Chinese.

The three rear cameras will also be positioned in an unusual triangular configuration. The primary is supposedly OmniVision’s 50MP OV50H camera, which has 1.2µm pixels, a 1/1.3″ sensor size, and a variable aperture.

A high-density 5,000 mAh battery will power all that gear, and based on prior leaks, the Kirin 9010 chip is probably going to be the central component of both smartphones. A significant update to the ultrawide camera is also anticipated.
