Audi announced on Tuesday that the redesigned Q7 three-row SUV, which was first displayed for the European market, will be available in the United States starting with the 2025 model year.

The Q7, which has been on sale since the 2017 model year (with an update for 2020), is made more modern with a new front fascia and minor cosmetic updates. Chunky mesh pieces at the front of the grille draw attention to its height. Prominent air intakes and high-mounted headlamps flank the bolder grille. Additionally, fewer trim pieces were used to create a cleaner appearance.

The lineup still consists of the regular Q7 as well as the sportier SQ7 variant. Both versions come with Audi’s HD Matrix LED headlights with laser illumination, but the SQ7 additionally has OLED taillights and daytime running lights with four configurable signatures.

Along with new front and back bumpers, Audi also updated the front spoiler and rear diffuser. The SQ7 also features massive front air intakes, quad exhaust tips, and trim that resembles aluminum, although these features are more noticeable. For 2025, there are five new wheel designs available in diameters ranging from 20 to 22 inches throughout the Q7 and SQ7 ranges.

Although the infotainment system now enables third-party apps like YouTube, Spotify, and Amazon Music, the interior layout remains same. Instead of requiring a linked phone, these apps can operate directly on the infotainment system thanks to an Audi App Store.

For passengers to comfortably view their YouTube videos, the Q7 has an Executive Package that includes dual-pane acoustic glass, cooled front seats, heated back seats, rear sunshades, and four-zone automatic temperature control. It also recognizes traffic signs.

Engines remain unaltered. The 2.0-liter turbo-4 engine in the base Q7 45 generates 261 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque, while the 3.0-liter turbocharged V-6 engine in the Q7 55 produces 335 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. The SQ7’s 4.0-liter V-8 twin-turbo engine produces 500 horsepower and 568 lb-ft of torque.

All-wheel drive and an 8-speed automatic transmission come standard, while the S Sport Package, which is optional for the SQ7, adds a sport rear differential and electromechanical roll stabilization to lessen body roll.

The standard turbo-4 Q7 45 is priced at $61,695, while the turbo-6 Q7 55 is priced at $66,995. It should be noted that both prices include the necessary $1,195 destination charge. 2025 SQ7 pricing begins at $91,995. Now, every model is showing up in dealerships in the US.
