Bollywood star Tiger Shroff bought a Rs 7.5 crore house in Pune. Panchshil Realty, an established real estate company in the area, is the developer of the 4,248-square-foot property, which is a part of the upscale Yoo Pune project in Hadapsar.

According to records provided by real estate information site Zapkey, the actor registered on March 5, 2024, and paid a stamp duty of Rs 52.5 lakh.

The actor received a monthly rental income of INR 3.5 lakh when the home was quickly rented out. Shroff receives an appealing yield of more than 5 percent from his five-year rental agreement, which is in contrast to the poor rental yields found in most Indian residential buildings. The tenant is Cherise India Private Limited, a beverage-related enterprise.

Additionally, Shroff has an eight-bedroom condominium in the Mumbai district of Khar. Rustomjee Paramount is home to the magnificent residence, which is said to be worth around Rs 35 crore.
