There is a widespread outage of ChatGPT, as numerous users are complaining that they are unable to access the popular AI application. Many people complain on social media that they are unable to contact the AI chatbot. While some visitors saw a complete page load time, others saw a “internal server error.” It appears that the platform’s web and mobile versions were equally impacted by the outage. Some users can still use their iPhones or Android phones to access the AI tool, though.

Users can’t access ChatGPT:

OpenAI acknowledged the problem by updating its website to reflect the outage and the fact that many users are unable to utilize the AI tool. According to the website’s most recent update, they are “currently investigating this issue.”

There have been other outages that have affected ChatGPT. Additionally, the AI service abruptly stopped functioning for users in November of last year. Additionally, OpenAI acknowledged the problem and disclosed that a DDoS attack was the cause of the outage. We are experiencing occasional disruptions as a result of an anomalous traffic pattern indicative of a denial-of-service attack. We’re still working to lessen this,” the business stated at the time.

The GPT store by OpenAI:

A few hours after OpenAI opened the GPT store, there is currently an outage. Similar to PlayStore, but for personalized chatbots, is the GPT Store. Users don’t need to know how to code to create and share custom versions of ChatGPT using the GPT store.

In a blog post announcing the launch of the GPT store, OpenAI stated: “Since we first released GPTs two months ago, users have developed over 3 million unique ChatGPT versions. Many builders have made their GPTs available for use by others. We’re starting to make the GPT Store available to ChatGPT Plus, Team, and Enterprise members today so you can discover popular and useful GPTs. Explore at chat.openai.com/gpts,” the business stated in a blog post.

The OpenAI team also introduced the ChatGPT Team subscription, a new subscription tier, in addition to the GPT shop. This subscription level turns out to be quite helpful for smaller groups looking for a safe and cooperative work environment. With a monthly cost per user ranging from USD 25 to USD 30 (dependent on the billing cycle), this subscription is less expensive than its enterprise version.

One of its main features is the ability to use GPT-4, which has a wider context window (32,000 tokens) that allows for more complex and longer searches. Increased message caps are another benefit for subscribers, and OpenAI guarantees that users’ data and conversations won’t be used to train its algorithms.
