In India, Samsung has released the Galaxy A15 5G with a new configuration that includes 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage. The new memory type is released many months after the phone’s official introduction. Storage options for the Galaxy A15 5G included 8GB RAM + 128GB and 8GB RAM + 256GB when it was first released. An octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC powers the Galaxy A series phone, which also has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 25W charging.

Pricing and availability of the Samsung Galaxy A15 5G in India:

In India, the Galaxy A15 5G will now be offered in three RAM configurations. The price of the recently released 6GB RAM + 128GB storage version is Rs. 17,999. The price will drop to Rs. 16,499 after a bank-based discount of Rs. 1,500.

Since the phone’s introduction in December of last year, the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage models have been available in India. Their respective prices are Rs. 19,499 and Rs. 22,499. It can be bought at retail stores, Samsung.com, and other online stores. It comes in Blue Black, Blue, and Light Blue color variants.

Specifications of the Samsung Galaxy A15 5G:

One UI 5, which is based on Android 13, powers the dual-SIM (Nano) Galaxy A15 5G. Up to five years of security updates and four years of OS upgrades are confirmed. It has a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED full-HD+ (1,080×2,408 pixels) display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and a maximum brightness of 800 nits. Under the hood of the device is an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset, accompanied by up to 256GB of onboard storage and up to 8GB of RAM.

With regard to optics, the Galaxy A15 5G has three rear cameras: a 2-megapixel primary camera, a 5-megapixel secondary sensor, and a 50-megapixel primary camera. Its front camera is 13 megapixels.

The Galaxy A15 5G has USB Type-C, 3.5mm headphone connection, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 5G connectivity options. Accelerometers, gyroscopes, light sensors, geomagnetic sensors, and virtual proximity sensors are among the sensors on board. For authentication, a fingerprint sensor is included.

A 5,000mAh battery that supports 25W rapid charging powers the Galaxy A15 5G. On a single charge, the battery unit is said to provide up to 21 hours of video playback time. It weighs 200 grams and has dimensions of 160.1×76.8×8.4 mm.
