The 2024 Jeep Wrangler has brought back the choice of tuscadero pink as a color.

This bold hue, which debuted on the 2021 Wrangler, is named for the 1970s sitcom character Pinky Tuscadero from “Happy Days.” It was one of numerous limited-edition colors that Jeep debuted at the time and was well-liked. When it was originally made available, about 30,000 buyers ordered it, according to a statement from Bill Peffer, the head of the Jeep brand in North America.

After dropping from $395 for 2021 to $895 presently, the pink color is back. It can be found on the Rubicon, Rubicon X, Willys, Sahara, Wrangler Sport, Sport S, and V-8 Rubicon 392, which is discontinued after 2024. To commemorate the retirement of the Rubicon 392 model, Jeep is also offering a Final Edition, which, if ordered in Tuscadero, is probably going to become quite collectible in the future.

The first hardtop options for the Tuscadero will be black, body-color, or black soft top. Later in the second quarter of this year, it will also be offered with Jeep’s Sky One-Touch power roof.

Eight more colors—Angel, Earl, Firecracker Red, Granite Crystal, Silver Zynith, Hydro Blue, Bright White, and basic black—will be available for the Wrangler from Jeep in 2024.

For the 2024 model year, the Wrangler lineup received a few upgrades, including as a new infotainment system, side airbags as standard equipment, and certain mechanical adjustments to improve off-road capability. The next-generation J70 Wrangler, which will only be available with plug-in hybrid and all-electric drivetrains, is anticipated to replace the JL-generation Wrangler, which debuted in the 2018 model year.
