In response to multiple safety concerns, Ford Motor Company is recalling over 12,000 vehicles, as per the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

9,847 Bronco 4-door vehicles manufactured between 2023 and 2024 are being recalled by Ford due to a child safety lock issue. When the kid safety lock is in the “ON” position, the rear left door can be opened from within the car.

Dealers will check the kid safety locks and, if needed, repair the rear door latch at no additional cost. On April 16, 2024, owner notification letters are anticipated to be mailed. Owners can reach 1-866-436-7332 to speak with Ford customer support. The recall number assigned to Ford is 24S15.

1,988 2020 Explorers are being recalled by Ford due to problems with the rearview camera. An image that is distorted or blank may occasionally be displayed by the rearview camera due to an inadequate electrical connection.

The rearview camera will be replaced by dealers at no additional cost. On April 8, 2024, owner notice letters are anticipated to be mailed. Due to the possibility of a gasoline leak causing a fire, Ford is recalling 217 2024 Maverick vehicles. Fuel leakage may occur from an open pinch joint between the two molds in the fuel tanks.

When the Malfunction Indicator Lamp illuminates if a fuel leak is noticed, owners are recommended to park and turn off the engine right away. Fuel tanks will be replaced by dealers at no additional cost. On March 18, 2024, owner notification letters are anticipated to be mailed. Genesis Recalls Several Cars due to an Oil Leak

Due to the possibility of oil leakage from the left turbocharger oil feed pipe deteriorating, Hyundai is recalling 28,439 Genesis cars. An engine compartment fire is more likely when there is an oil leak near hot engine parts.

The left turbocharger oil feed line will be replaced by dealers at no additional cost. Letters notifying owners should arrive in the mail on May 7, 2024. Vehicles that were previously fixed under 19V-538 must have the new remedy finished.
